MMRC's Case Coordinator is based out of Clarkson Library once a month provides assistance to migrant and refugee eligible visa holders living in the northern surburbs.

Metropolitan Migrant Resource Centre's Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program Case Coordinator is based in Clarkson. Providing support to migrants, mostly refugees with humanitarian and other eligible visa holders who have lived in Australia for less than 5 years in the northern surburbs. The SETS Case Coordinator offers generalist case work assistance, advice, advocacy and referrals to clients. In addition, the Case Coordinator delivers a Women's Support Group to foster engagement and participation in migrant women.
