ArtSouthWA presents the 2019 Southern Art & Craft Trail, including over 80 venues in the Southern Region of WA. Over 300 artists showcase their work in various venues. Visit www.artsouthwa.com.au

ArtSouthWA is the organiser of the Southern Art and Craft Trail. They are an incorporated not-for-profit organisation, run by a committee of volunteers and contracted personnel. They promote a diverse range of arts and crafts for their members within the southern region of Western Australia.  Members include regional based art galleries, art and craft practitioners and arts organisations.

The first Southern Art and Craft Trail started in 2003 with 36 exhibitions.  This year is the 17th year of the Art Trail with 86 venues participating and over 300 artisans involved in exhibiting and selling their art and craft works.

This year’s trail runs from 21 September – 13 October. There will be a diverse and exciting range of art exhibitions, open studios, workshops, demonstrations, artist talks and public art displays through the Southern Region of Western Australia. Visitors will be able to access original works in painting, textiles, sculpture, photogrpahy, jewellery and more.

In 2019 the Southern Art and Craft Trail towns and areas include Albany, Porongurup, Torbay, Denmark, Walpole, Lake Grace, Perup, Pemberton, Kojonup, Mt Barker, Gnowangerup, Hopetoun and Bremer Bay.
