Virtual Hip Hop Yoga - Join the Queen of Hip Hop Yoga herself, Kaye Waterhouse. You will be able to experience a soulful practice, which will bring a smile to your face and a wiggle to your hips!
MSWA are pleased to present two virtual Hip Hop Yoga sessions on Thursday, 30 July to celebrate International Day of Friendship.
Led by the Queen of Hip Hop Yoga herself, Kaye Waterhouse, you'll be able to experience a soulful practice, which will bring a smile to your face and a wiggle to your hips!
The sessions will be open to all ages and experience levels, from beginner to yogi masters. So tell your friends, family and colleagues and let's celebrate friendship with some Hip Hop vibes!
Session One 11am start $10 per person
Session Two 7pm start $10 per person
