Description

Female power and strength....and phallic objects expertly handled all at once and at height!

A solo show about falling hard, spinal injuries and one woman's audacity to bounce back.

A graphic retelling of surviving every circus performers' nightmare-a 9 metre fall while performing- the 7 hour life-saving surgery, and lengthy recovery process that followed. This autobiographical journey rides the line between life and death, recovery and rediscovery.

Heart, body and identity fractured and being divorced while your spine is broken, is a bit of a grind. But bones can heal stronger...and pushing off rock bottom has never been so fun!

Performing in the circus industry for 17 years, Chloe comes to FRINGE WORLD with her solo debut full of emotion, survival, heartache, victory, and a big, hard circus pole which she commands with dexterity and daring. Presented by: Chloe Shadlow

Chloe began circus training with Reg Bolton, and later, aerials and partner acrobatics at Circus WA. Specialising in Chinese Pole and Flying Trapeze, Chloe graduated N.I.C.A. with a BA of Circus Arts. Chloe has performed nationally and internationally, corporately and with companies such as Circus Joseph Ashton, Lennon Bros. Circus, POP Circus (Japan), at ‘Hoopla!’ Festival in Sydney, and at previous Perth Fringe festivals.

Hot: Shows to take Fringe up a notch. Think titillating, heart-racing, cheeky, thrilling, political.
