Some of the worlds most celebrated wines come from Burgundy, a long, narrow wine region in eastern France, southeast of Paris.
Burgundy is all about terroir and the symbiosis of grapes, soil, climate, vineyard placement, and human touch, all rolled into one, which can be attributed to the greatness of the wines grown in the region. Burgundy is also responsible for some of France's most celebrated dishes. The chefs, farmers and everyday citizens of Burgundy are passionate about all things food and wine.
