Come reminisce this festive season at Town of Claremont’s The 12 Days of Christmas Window Artwalk through the Claremont Town Centre.
Ten emerging and eminent Perth-based artists will transform twelve shop windows into incredible art installations inspired by Christmas nostalgia. From a partridge in a pear tree to 12 drummers drumming; each shop window will showcase a day of The 12 Days of Christmas.
Artworks will be displayed in shop windows across the town centre including at Valentini Exclusive Shoes, Sana Boutique, Pronto Butcher, Monde Design, Cultstatus, La Lucca, The Lane Bookshop, Mosh and Jolly, Majestic Persian Carpets, Little Leisure, Dymocks Claremont and The Giving Tree.
The 12 Days of Christmas Window Artwalk guide is available from participating businesses in the Claremont Town Centre, and can be viewed until the end of December. For more information, visit claremont.wa.gov.au/the12daysofchristmas
Launch Event
Claremont Town Centre will be transformed into a festive wonderland for the launch of the 12 Days of Christmas Window Artwalk. Join us from 11am - 2pm on Saturday 5 December 2020 to be delighted with little surprises along the art trail. There'll be carols by Claremont Concert Band, roving Christmas characters, face painting and Christmas craft stations.
This is a free, family friendly event.
