The enthusiastic team of function coordinators, chefs and wait staff will work with you to create an event unlike any other. Bob believes in continuous improvement and to that end, researches new ways of preparing and developing new, innovative styles of food. He travels the world tasting the signature dishes of some of the best chefs and has “staged” (work experience for passionate chefs) at Alinea in Chicago and The Ritz in London.
