The Trustee Bar & Bistro

The Trustee Bar and Bistro is Perth's new home of food and wine. Over two floors, this graceful venue boasts one of Perth's most dramatic and beautiful bar and dining spaces, a private dining room, and alfresco spaces to accommodate 10 to 200 guests.

The Trustee Bar and Bistro has burst on to the Perth food and wine scene. Its multi-million dollar fit-out pays homage to the art deco roots of the graceful heritage building in which it resides. With a focus on rustic European style fare and a truly great wine offer, The Trustee proudly takes its place among the great venues of Perth. This large venue has flexibility to accommodate up to 200 guests in style or a comfortable table for 10. Their dedicated team of corporate and function specialists are happy to discuss how they may customize your event to create a truly memorable function.

The Bar
At St Georges Terrace level, this dramatic space boasts 6 metre art deco ceilings, two breathtaking chandeliers, sumptuous leather seating, a floor to ceiling wine vault, and our long bar. There are three separate areas available for hire to accommodate up to 70 people, or the whole floor is conditionally available for up to 200 cocktail-style.

The Bistro
Full of nooks, booths and private tables, the bistro is moody and intimate. This space is perfect for tables of up to 24.

The Alfresco
Nestled between the steel and glass towers of the CBD, this oasis of green is the perfect place for casual drinks and canapés. Freeform seating, an über cool glowing, hanging garden feature and a private bar means a great space for up to 100.

The Private Dining Room
This light and bright space is perfect for a seated group of 48 people or a cocktail event for up to 80 people.
It can be partially enclosed from the bar area ideal for your next private function.
