The Margaret River Cultural & Events Centre was built in 1982 and was designed by local architect Chris Willcox and constructed from some of the last woodfired bricks produced in Western Australia. The external flytower references rural flourmills. The auditorium features jarrah flooring and mezzanine balcony, in acknowledgement of our timber heritage. Margaret River Cultural & Events Centre is a well loved civic icon having witnessed local theatre productions, touring shows and community events.
This is a non-smoking venue.
