While its current site was developed in 1979, Fremantle Sailing Club has a proud history
dating back to 1897, and is the largest club with direct ocean access in the southern hemisphere.
The Club is only minutes away from the Fremantle CBD, with ample free parking
available on site, and has recently undergone an amazing multi-million dollar transformation.
From elegant events, product launches and private parties to seminars, conferences, barbecues, wine tasting, school balls and on-board catering, the Club’s dedicated food and beverage staff can do it all. With its newly refurbished function rooms, the Club offers creative fine dining menus including plated, buffet, cocktail and corporate options for weddings, conferences, formals and more.
Whether you wish to host an intimate event or a grand affair, the Club can personalise your occasion just to suit you, from 80 to 500 guests. The main function space, the Wardroom, accommodates up to 500, the new function room holds 120; the Stateroom holds 80; the Bridge can accommodate 30; while the Boardroom holds 20.
Outdoors, the Sunset Deck can hold 400, and the VIP lawn area is large enough for 150 guests.
The Club offers a wide range of creative fine dining menus, including plated, buffet, cocktail and corporate options for weddings, conferences, formal school functions and more.
Function hosts also have the opportunity to construct their own menu.
