Howard Park Wines is set to launch its first ever pop up restaurant this summer, to be held at the Margaret River estate’s picturesque Wine Chapel.

Local chefs, Paul Iskov of Fervor, and Tim Whitty of Kitchen Takeovers, will each create an enticing three course lunch, expertly paired with award-winning Howard Park wines.
Locals and visitors to the area will be given the opportunity to sample two exquisite and different menus over two weekends in January. Tim Whitty will prepare a delectable three course lunch over the first weekend, using the freshest local and foraged ingredients such as Wilyabrup marron and beach herbs.
Fervor, who are known for their use of local native produce, will serve over the second weekend. Guests can expect interesting and unusual flavours and ingredients, from roasted sandalwood nut, to bee pollen icecream and wattle seed curd.
