Wolf Dual Fuel ranges deliver the best of both world’s. Above, the fine control of dual-stacked sealed burners and below, the dual-convection electric ovens. The ovens boast two fans and four heating elements to ensure even temperature and airflow throughout. Ten cooking modes give you precise control. Big enough to hold a 30kg roast, it has an ergonomic pivoting touch control panel that allows cooks to check the oven’s status without bending down.
There are eight top configurations available with the option of a Chargrill, French-top or Teppanyaki. in widths of 914, 1219, 1524mm. Wolf dual-stacked burners offer the widest temperature range and control on the market. The smallest 2.7kW burner can offer the merest hint of flame at it’s lowest 0.1kW setting for melting chocolate and simmering; while the larger burners offer a powerful 4.8kW, perfect for sauteeing and frying but also offer lower temperatures down to 0.3kW.
