Swan Group is a commercial building, project management and maintenance company with a difference. The company has its own internal building trades force, providing full control of the quality of workmanship and the ability to deliver projects on a tight deadline. With well-established working relationships with a range of external designers, Swan Group can also offer a full design and construct service. Offering total end-to-end solutions, the company’s success has come from the ability to exceed client expectations on a regular basis. Established in 2001 as Swan Office Installation, the company later changed its name to Swan Office Interiors due to a change in its scope of works. In 2013 the companytook the name Swan Group to reflect its consistent growth and added capabilities.
