Family life centres around the pool in this exquisite Applecross home. The home has a contemporary elevation, numerous living areas, plenty of space for a young family and scope for separation.

The draft for this family with three young boys was to design a family home that catered for their love of entertaining and spending every day outside in summer.

An individual layout features three pods that wrap around a central pool, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor connection and a relaxed feel. The pod design gives the boys their own wing while the main suite is in a private wing of its own, a hotel-like retreat behind a huge timber and glass pivot door.

The interiors are warm, inviting and contemporary, with clean lines complemented by a warm palette of timeless finishes. Numerous living zones offer inviting places for a family to come together.
