Three-metre-high floor-to-ceiling stacked sliding doors open the main living area to the outdoor living area, while the kitchen bi-fold doors also provide a bar-type servery to the outdoor area.
The main bedroom, front living area and entry all have views out to the central courtyard with a pond, which overlooks the adjoining park.
The pond is a main feature and provides a calming effect as soon as you enter the residence.
The home gently steps down with the natural fall of the land, which also required stepped ceiling details that are used to great effect.
