      Description

The owner of this home requested a high-end finish that was aesthetically unique.

Excited by this brief, designer Gerard Shevlin felt sure the client would relish the high-gloss lacquer burnt-orange door front. She did.

Gerard immediately set to work to combine this colour with a black acrylic front, which he knew would be very dramatic and inject life in to the overall design.

With the majority of the kitchen in black, it is accentuated by the orange in overhead cupboards, a feature backlit island panel, and a suspended light panel the length of the island.

White stone benchtops with an undermount Franke sink automatically add glamour and light to the kitchen, while the pop-up power socket embedded in the stone was a thoughtful addition.

This amazing kitchen has become a benchmark, showcasing KitchenHaus’ ability to step outside the box and deliver something truly unique.
