The modern elegance of this development created by Daniel Cassettai Design has steered clear from the often predictable and repetitive style of group dwellings to offer instant appeal from the engaging façade to the striking interior.
With a client brief requesting two storey homes on the seven dwelling site, the goal was to create a modern development that will exemplify the future streetscape along the oceanfront.
Mr Cassettai said several factors were considered when designing the elevations including redesigning the access to the site via the council reserve adjacent the property.
“Our client was looking for a development with a fresh streetscape, clean lines but with individuality for each unit to be targeted at retiring farmers from the goldfields,” Mr Cassettai said.
The resulting homes are a fresh and modern contrast to the traditional beach shack accommodation found throughout Esperance, which will set the tone for future development.
Mr Cassettai said the elevations have been individually treated with various finishes, including cladding, face and rendered brickwork to produce a modern well balanced facade.
Internally, clean, crisp lines come to life in the contemporary, light-filled homes.
The central kitchen area overlooks indoor living and dining areas, the balcony and the ocean as a backdrop, proving to be an integral focal point of all seven dwellings.
The master suites were also designed on the upper level So that upon exiting the room the owner is greeted with the uplifting ocean views..
All dwellings have two bedrooms and an additional living area on the ground floor, with access to a ground floor bathroom, laundry, garage and store room areas.
“The modern, seamless style of these homes and practical design gives each individual family freedom to meet their own lifestyle demands,” Mr Cassettai said.
