Craig Sheiles Homes Hillarys Display Home

    Details

      Description

Designer Mick Rule placed the emphasis of this Hillarys display home on transparency of design and the utilisation of a U-shape plan.

This maximises the glazing area and extends sight lines, enhancing the overall perception of scale on a small site.

A central courtyard allows for extensive glazing around the main living spaces and the stair void, enabling the outdoor entertaining area to be integrated into the overall floor plan.

Simple geometric solutions and a soothing palette of material selections and colour schemes provide a relaxed overall feel of modern simplicity.

Taking advantage of natural light, open-plan living and a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor environments makes full use of the small site, giving the illusion of space and a perception of volume.

The E’lan display home is a demonstration of the company’s philosophy of creating simple, clean, contemporary architecture.
