Interior design fit out featuring an art gallery, design shop, artists' studios and bar/cafe, all housed in a three level historical building in the heart of Perth.
This inner city renewal project involved the gutting and reinstatement of a historical Perth building to include a roof terrace and mezzanine level, complete with full disabled access.
Focused on highlighting features of the original architectural style coupled with modern elements, such as frameless glass and open voids, the design successfully integrates whilst providing distinction between a combination of independent programs such as gallery and studio, shop, office space, bar, and café, to create an 'oasis of style and design' bathed in vintage elegance and a contemporary vibe.
