Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre

Part of an overall design that reflects a collaborative approach between the owners and the City of Wanneroo, to establish a new ‘town centre’. Stage 1 encompasses new commercial spaces.

This $50 million project reflects a collaborative approach between the owners of Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre and the City of Wanneroo, resulting in a move to create a new 'town centre'. The existing centre was totally demolished, allowing for two new supermarkets, a discount department store, various specialty shops and commercial spaces. The overall design has been considered with a view to integration with future adjacent private redevelopment sites and with proposed developments by the City of Wanneroo. Stage 1 is complete, with further stages now on the drawing board.
