Description

An award winning pavilion, with exhibition and interactive learning spaces that provides a focal point to the Engineering Faculty of Curtin University in Western Australia. 2007.

The Curtin University Engineering Pavilion is a multipurpose facility in the centre of the faculty. It is part of the first stage of the precinct’s masterplan, unifying a disparate collection of 1970s buildings to become the symbolic gateway and heart to the engineering community.

The pavilion forms the centrepiece and gateway to the faculty and features a three-level volume exhibition space along with interactive learning environments for all the engineering disciplines.

This project has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Education Design v1 certified rating from the Green Building Council of Australia which represents 'Australian Excellence' in environmentally sustainable design.
