Cygne Apartments

Cygne is a multi-storey luxury apartment development set on Matilda Bay against the backdrop of the Mount Eliza ridge in one of Perth’s most exclusive suburbs.

The MJA design conceived the building as two towers united by a gallery void with each responding to the alternate bay and parkside apects. Although the towers are contrasted in form they are related through the consistency in their reflective zinc cladding, articulated soffits and colour palette.

Cygne was awarded the HIA Australian Apartment Project of the Year  Award 2007.
