Audio-visual equipment is completely taken care of, with built-in and portable projectors and screens, DVD, iPod and CD connections, wireless microphones and more.
The venue hire includes white linen, table skirting, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
RPGC also hires out its own centrepieces, mirrors and decorations, and works closely with florists, entertainment agencies and venue stylists to put the finishing touches on each room.
