The Pagoda Resort & Spa is home to the historic Pagoda Restaurant and Bar, originally established in 1926. With its Chinese-inspired architecture, the unique venue is an iconic structure in Perth.
Over the years, the Pagoda has served as a summer resort and picnic area on Como Beach, a roller-skating rink and tea rooms. During World War II the Pagoda was even used to accommodate soldiers.
Post-war, its status as a grand ballroom and dance pavilion was reinstated and it became the birthplace of many a romance.
In 2012, the Pagoda became part of the Pagoda Resort & Spa and Narada Hospitality Group.
Overlooking the Swan River, the hotel is just as fascinating inside as it is out, with chandelier lighting, a grand piano, raised bar, and ornate architecture. The resort-style facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre and more, will satisfy guests seeking modern facilities within an historic venue.
As well as spectacular design and accommodation, the hotel’s easy access and proximity to the Perth CBD makes it a great location for functions of any kind.
The Pagoda specialises in corporate conferences and events, private events and weddings, offering six venue options.
The Waterwall Room features a waterfall wall, natural light, tropical feel, and private bar. The Ballroom is a little larger and opens to the poolside – perfect for pre-function drinks – with elegant lighting and break-out areas.
With more than 100 highly qualified and professional staff on site, you can rest assured of a seamless and well-managed event.
