Awarded Best Restaurant Caterer in WA at the 2014 Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards and retaining one star in the 2015 West Australian Good Food Guide, Must is one of Perth’s best venues.
Situated in the hub of Highgate’s hospitality strip, the venue is split into two parts: one a French-style bistro, and the other a bustling winebar. Function hosts can also choose from two private rooms that are ideal for product launches, canape functions, corporate lunches, wine tastings and private dining.
Located on the mezzanine level overlooking the Bistro, the newly refurbished Private Dining Room’s panorama window allows guests a sneak peek into the kitchen, and accommodates a number of seating configurations, plus a projector and screen.
The Champagne Lounge is ideal for intimate occasions and features crystal chandeliers, soft furnishings and an impressive display of iconic Champagne bottles. The recently fitted flatscreen TV is ideal for presentations, while an iPod dock allows guests to play their own music.
If the wait is too long for your next function at Must, its monthly in-house events will tide you over. There are wine tastings, cooking classes and wine dinners, while the Soul Sessions – Sundays at Must – offer live soul music and a selection of drinks at retro prices.
Fine food and beverages are the very foundation of Must Winebar. Recognised time and again for quality, the 500-strong wine list has given Must the accolade of Best Wine List in WA, and it was recently entered twice into the Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine Hall of Fame.
Sister venue Muster Bar & Grill in Margaret River is a little more laid-back, but offers the same level of quality and excellence in food and wine.
