Lamont’s has played an integral role in the wine and food industry in WA over the past few decades, and although not new to the CBD, its latest venture has taken it in a new direction while still steeped in tradition.
Four generations of the Lamont family work within the venue, imparting a familiar and personal approach to dining that’s always focused on good-quality local ingredients and wines made with passion. Its winery is arguably the state’s most successful small producer ever, having won the title 10 times across the three state shows.
The Lamont’s Bishops House is hidden behind historic limestone walls and overhanging gumtrees, tucked away from street view.
Small and intimate private dining rooms can be reserved for your next special event or board meeting, and the rolling lawn is a fantastic backdrop for your next wedding or function. A rose garden, lined with iceberg topiaries and framed by the city skyline, also makes for remarkable views for your next occasion.
Whether for a wedding, birthday or corporate function, the chefs use fresh,
seasonal produce to prepare sumptuous dishes that have a unique stamp of individuality and creativity, while paying homage to family traditions and customer favourites.
