While its current site was developed in 1979, Fremantle Sailing Club has a proud history dating back to 1897. It is the largest club with direct ocean access in the southern hemisphere.

From elegant events, product launches and private parties to seminars, conferences, barbecues, wine tasting and on-board catering, the Club’s dedicated food and beverage staff can do it all.

The Wardroom is the Club’s main function space. Offering magnificent ocean views, it features a large dance floor plus built-in quad LED lights, and a lectern and microphone are supplied as standard.

Fremantle Sailing Club has a mission to become the water-sporting club of choice for members and staff through the provision of quality facilities and an environment and culture compatible with the recreational, competitive, social and career expectations of all involved.

from Fremantle CBD. Ample free parking is available on site.
Numbers | The Wardroom accommodates up to 500 guests; Stateroom, 60; Bridge, 30; Boardroom, 20; Sunset Deck, 400; and the VIP lawn area, 150.
Food | The Club offers a wide range of creative fine dining menus, including plated, buffet, cocktail and corporate options for weddings, conferences, formal school functions and more. Function hosts also have the opportunity to construct their own menu.
Drink | Beverage selections are available in set packages or on a consumption basis. A large selection includes local and imported wines, beers and spirits. See the website to download function packages, or hard copies can be mailed upon request.
