One of the most recent additions to Perth's bar scene, Aqua Bar has been years in planning, and it shows. Comprising a lounge area, upper deck and terrace, the bar sits above its sister property – The Lucky Shag – in the Barrack Square precinct, overlooking the Perth skyline and Swan River.
It operates as a separate and unique concept to the much-loved Lucky Shag, with a fantastic bar for patrons to enjoy creative cocktails and shared-style fare, in addition to catering to group bookings and semi-private cocktail functions.
For a casual setting, a shared tapas-style menu has been carefully constructed to offer the best in seasonal produce. Dishes have been designed to provide the perfect accompaniment to the clever cocktails, high-end wines, and spirits on offer.
The venue has been custom-designed to provide a contemporary space that is multifaceted. Aesthetically appealing, Aqua Bar can be hired Monday to Saturday for private events. Comprising four semi-private areas that are perfect for groups of all sizes, Aqua can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. The elegantly chic lounge can be separated into two semi-private areas – combined, this fantastic space is perfect for groups of 80-100 guests.
Externally, Aqua boasts a fabulous outdoor verandah. Split between the Terrace and Upper Deck, Aqua provides a fantastic alfresco area for dining patrons. Boasting exclusive booth seating for group bookings of varying sizes, Aqua also provides free-standing tables that are the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy all Aqua has to offer.
As with the inside lounge, Aqua Upper Deck and Terrace can also be hired privately for semi-private cocktail functions. Aqua Terrace, overlooking the beautiful Swan River, can accommodate a maximum of 70 guests. Aqua Upper Deck, perfect for groups of up to 100, takes in fantastic views back over Perth city skyline.
