FORM is a State-based organisation. We have head offices (Station Masters House) and a project space (The Goods Shed) in Claremont, FORM Gallery and offices in Perth CBD, and facilities in the Pilbara (Port Hedland Courthouse Gallery, Spinifex Hill Studios, and Port Hedland Visitor Centre).

FORM Gallery (Perth CBD)

FORM Gallery, in the King Street Arts Centre in the city, offers a year-round calendar of exciting, innovative new exhibitions. Entry to exhibitions is free; opening nights attract large crowds and provide a vibrant space for good conversation over a glass of Amelia Park Wine or a locally crafted brew by Little Creatures amid stunning contemporary artworks.

Artists interested in exhibiting at FORM Gallery should contact us via email on mail@form.net.au with a CV, bio, images of current work and a brief exhibition proposal.

Port Headland Courthouse Gallery

The Courthouse Gallery provides a comprehensive exhibition and public program which is designed to offer value across the community. Partner with BHP Billiton Iron Ore, the Town of Port Hedland signed an agreement with FORM in 2007, to manage the operations of the Courthouse Gallery.

For further information on FORM and our many exciting programs and initiatives, please contact us on (08) 9226 2799 or mail@form.net.au, or visit www.form.net.au

The Goods Shed (Claremont)

The Goods Shed is FORM's space for exhibitions, installations and commissions; for artist and thinker residences; for community activity and exchange. The transformation of The Goods Shed has been made possible by the partnership between LandCorp and FORM.
