Subiaco’s Pitcher and Iron serves traditional Belgian-style waffles with a decadent twist. Top Dup Donuts change their flavours every fortnight to keep things interesting and are available for pre-order. These decorative goodies receive a notable mention for their fluffy signature brioche base and picture-perfect presentation. Past hits have been the Cadbury Favourites croughie, honeycomb cookie dough deluxe and Milo beignets.

Pastry chefs Giulio Nelva and sons bring a long line of dessert making knowledge to Perth, using traditional Italian practices to create modern masterpieces. This family business pride themselves on handmade fresh ingredients and view desserts as an art medium. Whisk Creamery’s milkshakes use fresh gelato, artisanal ingredients and are decked out with toppings that are a nod to the flavours of the Valle d’Aosta region. Keep an eye out for the Cronutella, a chocolate and hazelnut milkshake topped with Nutella and a whole homemade cronut.
