From the Ord Valley River to your plate, Indigenous Chef Mark Olive will be demonstrating how the Barramundi caught by Merv and the crew can be turned into a tasty morsel on your tongue.
Internationally awarded BBQ Chef Jonathan Flannery is coming all the way from Ireland to tantalise your tastebuds with a BBQ that has won him competitions around the globe, and will win over your tastebuds too.
MasterChef 2018 contestant and ‘dumpling king’ Brendan Pang will be cooking up a storm and demonstrating how dumplings can change your life (at least, for your tastebuds).
During the Paddock to Plate Panel, you will gain decades of insight from renowned food and travel writer Dianne Bortoletto.
And if that’s not enough, you will also have the opportunity to purchase delicious food and fresh produce from local vendors, as you try some locally brewed ‘Hoochery Distillery Rum’.
