The 3500sqm Observatory Office Building in West Perth has been specifically developed in a prominent location as a gateway entrance statement to West Perth.
This premium grade 4-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS office facility catering to the discerning tenant will set a new benchmark for West Perth office facilities. The brief for the design of this project was to future-proof the building by adopting the highest-quality outcomes in operational, maintenance and energy efficiency.
In addition to the passive solar design components of maximising orientation and ventilation outcomes, the building incorporates many unique features.
Light sensors controlled by individually addressable LED lighting, Eco-pelmet with solar tracking internal blinds, low ‘e’ double glazed facade with integrated sun-shading, high levels of insulation, and rainwater harvesting are just some of the additional green features of this project.
