It's only two days until the NRL Nine's Festival of Footy hits Perth, bringing footy and live entertainment to town, the likes of which have never been seen before on this side of the country.

This February 14 and 15, HBF Park will come alive with 180 players from all 16 NRL and 4 NRLW teams coming to play West-side for the first time, battling it out for pre-season bragging rights and the potential to pocket an epic $1,000,000 prize purse.

Each game sees nine player teams play two nine-minute halves. The 16 teams are split into four groups, playing three games each across the first part of the event, before quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final are played on Saturday afternoon. The 2020 edition also sees four NRLW teams added to the mix in their own round-robin tournament for the first time.

Some of the League's biggest stars are coming to Perth include Eel’s Captain ‘King’ Clint Gutherson, Sharks side-stepping superstar Shaun Johnson,  powerhouse Canterbury forward Corey Harawira-Naera and Broncos legend Corey Parker, who is coming out of retirement to wear the Brisbane Broncos jersey once again. Joining him off the retirement bench is Premiership-winning forward Andrew Ryan for the Bulldogs and veteran fullback Michael Gordon for the Titans.

One of the best all-round players in the League, Cameron Munster will be key to Melbourne Storm's chances here in Perth and ex Sydney Swans AFL Premiership player Nick Davis will be switching codes and fronting up for the Roosters in his NRL debut.
