Humblebee Coffee

With a focus on minimalism, this specialty coffee roaster and bar has kept its priorities in order. Using a micro roasting technique where the coffee is roasted in small batches, a taste test is conducted to confirm that the beans are of the highest quality. Humblebee’s espresso roasts are seasonally-selected and the handcrafted blends aim to capture the diverse flavour profiles of the beans. With additives actively discouraged – as they are said to detract from the flavour of the beans – this is one for the purists!
