Mo Espresso, Trinity Arcade on St Georges Terrace

Their espresso roasts are seasonally-selected and their the handcrafted blends aim to capture the diverse flavour profiles of the beans. With additives actively discouraged – as they are said to detract from the flavour of the beans – this is one for the purists!

At Grouch and Co, the beans are sourced from farmers all over the world and are roasted in-house. Then, the shots are carefully weighed and pulled through custom-built Slayer machines before filtering into your cup.
