After scouring the workout class schedules of Perth gyms, we've found five lunchtime workouts you can squeeze into your break, with options to suit all skill levels and desired results.

Heartbeat High Pilates - Bump n’ Grind and Mattitude

Use your lunch break to brighten up your day, with a 50 minute pilates workout set to 90’s beats in this Bump n’ Grind Class. If you’re looking for something a little more challenging, but just as satisfying, check out the Attitude work out to ‘get sassy on your Matty’. This class is suitable for beginners, and is designed to stretch out tightness and fatigue that builds up throughout the week. Combat Arts - Krav Maga

Channel your inner warrior and take out your work-week frustrations with a 12pm Krav Maga workout.
