Heartbeat High Pilates – Bump n’ Grind and Mattitude

Use your lunch break to brighten up your day, with a 50 minute pilates workout set to 90’s beats in this Bump n’ Grind Class. If you’re looking for something a little more challenging, but just as satisfying, check out the Attitude work out to ‘get sassy on your Matty’. For a quick 45 minute, revitalising yet calming workout, you can’t go past the popular lunchtime express yoga sessions in their St Georges Terrace studio. This class is suitable for beginners, and is designed to stretch out tightness and fatigue that builds up throughout the week. For 45 minute workouts set to the latest motivating hip-hop & RnB beats, you’ll find the range of classes on offer at the underground Set 30 Studio on Hay Street absolutely unbeatable. Combat Arts – Krav Maga

Channel your inner warrior and take out your work-week frustrations with a 12pm Krav Maga workout. Combining skills from boxing, judo, jujitsu and aikido, you will get a full body workout and return to your desk feeling stronger than ever.
