Heartbeat High Pilates – Bump n’ Grind and Mattitude

Use your lunch break to brighten up your day, with a 50 minute pilates workout set to 90’s beats in this Bump n’ Grind Class. Combat Arts – Krav Maga

Channel your inner warrior and take out your work-week frustrations with a 12pm Krav Maga workout.
