Looking for some inspiration for that much needed date night? It's time to bring your A-game and satisfy your inner kid, with popular mini golf bars Holey Moley, Strike Bowling Bar and retro gaming haven Palace Arcade open for all your 'kidulting' needs.

Holey Moley

With venues at Northbridge and Carousel, Holey Moley is a cross between a cocktail bar and a mini-golf course. A great option for anyone looking for a late night putt, choose between a 9, 18 or 27 hole course, with themes including 'shark infested waters' and Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory.

The bars offer several one-and-a-half hour packages, which include a game of mini golf and your choice of signature cocktails whilst you hit the green.

Due to high demand, bookings are essential, and can be made for groups of two and more. Book here: https://www.holeymoley.com.au/mini-golf-sessions/

Palace Arcade

For anyone missing good, old fashioned arcade games, Palace Arcade will quickly become your new favourite place. You'll feel like you've stepped right back into the early 90s with their range of brightly coloured, genuine arcade machines that date back to the 80s and 90s

After the success of their first venue, housed in a heritage-listed building on Beaufort Street in Northbridge, a second Palace Arcade opened in Victoria Park in February 2020. Both bars are open open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm - 12am, and Fridays and Saturdays noon 'til late, and then Sundays from 12pm - 10pm

To avoid any tantrums, bookings are highly advised. Book here: https://www.thepalacearcade.com.au/bookings

Strike Bowling

For a ten out of ten game with the added bonus of booze, look no further than Strike Bowling, a funky bowling bar featuring 10 bowling lanes located at The Rooftop at Westfield Carousel.

As with Holey Moley, groups of two or more can book in for 1.5 hour sessions, which range from $25 to $50 and include a game of bowling and either beer, wine or two cocktails (or mocktails, if you don't want to drink and bowl).

Bookings are essential, and can be made via: https://www.strikebowling.com.au/bowling-sessions/carousel
