The famous Chocolate and Wine Masterclass is back at The Sewing Room for FRINGE WORLD Festival 2022! The Margaret River Chocolate Company has matched its mouth-watering chocolates with wines from sister company Coward & Black Vineyards to create an amazing chocolate and wine experience. Participants learn all about chocolate and wine, get to taste a range of single-origin chocolates as well as pairing chocolates to a variety of red, white, sparkling and dessert wines. Each immersive piece of music is structured to follow the physical taste profile of tea and highlights the culture and history that contributed to the popularity of its paired tea, such as Masala Chai and French Earl Grey. Hosted by tea-loving musicians, Tea Break is a fun, accessible chance to hear new music and learn fascinating tidbits on the way. Your ticket includes a cup so that you can sample the teas during the performances, if you wish, or feel free to just sit back and enjoy the music! # Presented by Tenth Muse Initiative Founded in early 2020, Tenth Muse Initiative's mission is to set a new standard for art music events in Boorloo/Perth. Through championing and platforming underrepresented musicians and creators, while providing inclusive spaces where art music is welcoming, we intend to show the importance of and demand for classical music that is engaging and relevant in the present day. We believe we can create an artistic space where everyone is supported, inspired, and included. This means advocating for composers regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, age, or disability.

Hosted on the last Friday of each month from January 28 – April 22 the Kalamunda Night Markets are situated right in the centre of town. The markets feature over 20 food stalls with everything from Turkish Gozleme, Bratwurst, Filipino and Moroccan street food to Dutch pancakes, gelato and waffles. The market stalls include a range of homewares, toys, jewellery and clothing. Shop the stalls, grab a bite to eat and be entertained by local musicians right in the centre of the picturesque Perth Hills.
