The team behind some of Perth’s iconic venues including Lucky Chan’s and Dutch Trading Co., and Cocktail Gastronomy, have come up with the ultimate home-delivery package. Cocktail Getaway offers a series of 3-course meals based on iconic travel destinations, with each course paired with a delicious cocktail.

To those in the cocktail industry, pairing cocktails is just as serious as pairing wines and you will be amazed at how these complimentary drinks can enhance your meal, not to mention kick-start the evening.

Hosted on Friday and Saturday evenings from now until the end of June, destinations include the Caribbean, Mexico and a night at the Raffles in Singapore.

The experience is fully chef-prepared, with cocktails created by one of Perth’s leading mixologists, Adam Keane.

‘A Gondola in Venice’

Everything you need comes in a box, which contains your menu with preparation instructions, a ‘themed gift’ to set the mood, three cocktails that come in jars, an entrée, main and dessert, virtual plane tickets, and a Spotify playlist to set the mood.

They do offer vegetarian and gluten free options and, if you’re not a drinker, they’ll provide mocktails made using Seedlip (a non-alcholic distilled spirit range). They also provide hassle-free meal options for your kids too, so you can put them to bed early!

Numbers are strictly limited and this week’s ‘trip’ has already sold out, and you need to order by no later than Wednesday for the weekend ahead. Meals are available for pickup from Osborne Park or if you live within 20km of Osborne Park, you can opt to have your meals delivered.

If you want to try it for yourself, add a cocktail shaker to your order, use the code ‘cocktailgetaway’ at the checkout and you’ll get a free shaker with your dinner experience. Note that this is limited to the first 50 users.
