Craig Steere Architects realised a need for residences that combined quality architecture and modern living while caring for the Claremont community.

These three residences were created to offer the Claremont community an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of modern living within comfortable quality spaces and well considered architecture.

Conceived with contemporary elegance in mind, the exclusively designed and well-appointed residences offer occupants spacious rooms with high ceilings, and kitchens and bathrooms with high-quality finishes, fixtures and fittings.

A solar-passive design earning all three residences a 6-Star energy rating is supported by good cross-ventilation, an abundance of natural light and north-facing rear courts that afford the occupants the ultimate lifestyle. Floor-to-floor lifts are capable of accommodating a wheelchair.

Attention to detail is highly regarded throughout each property, with acrylic texture-coated external walls, Colorbond steel roof, aluminium performance glass windows and sliding doors, and stone floor tiling.

The comfort and safety of the residents is assured with ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning and double lock–up garaging.
