London Catering and Cake Company is the catering arm of The London Restaurant, offering high-quality food for all occasions.
Opening their Currambine restaurant in late 2013, the owners received such widespread praise for their delicately baked desserts and scrumptious bites that the success of the next step for their business was inevitable.
The catering arm was launched in early 2015, with an initial focus on cheesecakes, gateaux and petit fours. Savoury sensations such as amuse bouche, antipasto, platters and miniature versions of the specialty pies made famous in its restaurant were introduced soon after.
With a passion for all things sweet, the experienced chefs believe in any excuse for cake, and take great pride creating sugar-loaded desserts for all occasions, from weddings, birthdays and driving-test celebrations to anniversaries, christenings or just because.
The environmentally conscious team tries consistently to minimise the business’s ‘food miles’. Only the freshest locally sourced ingredients are used, and dishes are prepared in its kitchen in Joondalup to ensure consistent quality.
Meat is sourced from WA farms, the chicken and eggs are free range, its fish is locally caught, and its vegetables are grown in the fertile soils of the Swan coastal plain.
The London has also selected a number of passionate and ethical local growers/suppliers for its organic range. Since everything is prepared fresh in house, the chefs can cater to all dietary requirements, ensuring all your guests can experience the magic that is London Catering and Cake Company.
