Drawing from the vibes of Brooklyn, NYC, the first Bunbury rooftop bar is set to open on December 24 for a glorious pre-Christmas blowout.

Aptly named Brooklyn32 due to its street address at 32 Carey Street, the bar offers a relaxed, sunny space on the level 1 rooftop with a Brooklyn-inspired lounge bar down stairs. Sporting a luxe prohibition-style interior, you can expect Chesterfield couches, velvet lounges, leather armchairs and a chandelier for a spot of moody, warm light. For large groups or those who prefer a more separate, intimate setting, you can grab a booth and live the high life with table service.

Boasting a hefty drinks menu with the traditional cocktail gang as well as eight limited edition cocktails due to change over each season, you’re sure to find something unique to wet your whistle. The wine list is decked out with local favourites selected by expert Belinda Hopkins who has 10 years experience in the Geographe wine scene. Continuing on the local train, the beer and cider menu has a clear focus on southwest brewers in an effort to champion the region’s flavours. Rounding out the menu is a specialty whisky section for lovers of spirits on the rocks, and of course bar nibbles and bigger eats.

Overlooking the water inlet on one side and Bunbury’s CBD on the other, the bar is the newest addition to Bunbury’s growing bar scene, with small boutique bar Lost Bill’s opening up in 2019.

Bunbury rooftop bar Brooklyn32 opens on Thursday December 24 from 5-10pm, group bookings (8+) can be made via [email protected].

Opening hours:
Thursday 5pm – 10pm
Friday & Saturday 5pm – 12am
