Bush Shack Brewery was established in 1998, under the name of Wicked Ale Brewery, in a beautiful rural Yallingup location.

Current owners Danial and Coralie Wind purchased the business in 2002 and over the years have built a reputation for unique small batch brews served in a relaxed setting with a strong focus on friendly customer service.

Late in 2018 Bush Shack relocated to a new home in the Ferguson Valley, a hidden gem of the South west. With a venue upgrade came the opportunity to offer a more substantial dining experience. Our awesome kitchen team cook up hearty meals which are available from 11am until late afternoon. We are a family run business located in the heart of the picturesque Ferguson Valley just 8 kms from Dardanup township. We served our 1st beer on 28th May 2010 and cater for individuals, families and both large and small groups.

The limestone and western red cedar building utilises 8 different timbers in it’s construction. The use of Marri, Jarrah, Tuart, Wandoo and American Oak timbers create a warm and inviting environment. You can watch the brewing process from close quarters, sit round the log fire or enjoy a meal on the large decked area or grassed terraces.

All our beers are handcrafted on the premises using the finest of ingredients. We use only malt, hops, yeast and Ferguson Valley water to create 6 different mouth watering beers. We don’t filter any of our beers and believe in largering them for as long as necessary before putting them on tap for consumption. Once you taste them, I’m sure you’ll approve of the method we use to make them.
