Thankfully, Perth is home to a bounty of markets across the metro area, each with their own character and specialties. Fremantle Markets

Opens Fridays 8am – 8pm; Saturday & Sunday from 8am – 6pm

Open all-year-round, these iconic markets in the heart of Fremantle are an essential visit – renowned for fresh produce and a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere. The historic port town brings artisan makers and producers from across the Perth area – promising variety and quality.

Inglewood Night Markets

Oct 14 2019 – Apr 6 2020; Every Monday night from 6pm onwards)

Monday nights will be your favourite in no time as Beaufort Street in Inglewood transforms into a buzzing market scene with a variety of quality produce. The strip boasts an assortment of food trucks, marquees and stalls turning the night into a very special occasion.

Subiaco Farmers Markets

Every Saturday, 8am – 12pm

Known as one of the longest standing and original farmer’s markets in Western Australia, the Subiaco Farmers Market boasts the freshest fruit and vegetables. The produce is picked fresh for market each Saturday and the profits go back to supporting the local primary school.

Kalamunda Artisan Market

First Saturday of each month, 8.30am – 2pm

A must-browse market in the regal Perth Hills, these markets are the perfect spot to visit if you’re a connoisseur of locally made goods. Spend a few hours shopping, sampling and exploring with the family and explore the quaint shops of Kalamunda.

Perth City Farm – Farmer’s Markets

Every Saturday during Summer from 7.30am – 11.30am, Winter Hours 8am – 12pm

If you’re after fresh produce and supporting local, this weekly market attracts growers and producers from all around Perth. With a huge range of organic, biodynamic, and ethical products such as unrefined honey, what’s not to love?

Perth Home Grown Market

Every Sunday from 11am – 4pm

From 11am to 4pm each Sunday, Murray Street in Perth city is bustling with market stalls and exciting exhibitors showcasing an impressive range of homemade goods.

 

Swan Settlers Market

Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm

Explore the amazing history and produce of the Swan Valley at the iconic Swan Settlers Market. The markets have an extensive range of local arts and crafts, wine and fresh produce for you to sample and enjoy.

Scarborough Sunset Markets

Oct 31 2019 – Apr 30 2020, every Thursday night, 5pm – 9pm

Kicking off late October until the end of April, there’s no better place to be on a Thursday night than the Scarborough Sunset Markets. These one-of-a-kind summer markets held on the Scarborough foreshore are a must-visit this season, with a huge variety of food stalls and entertainment.

 

Malaga Markets

Friday – Sunday, 9am – 6pm

These markets have been a staple in the local community since 1994. The market features an international food hall, fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, bakeries and family-friendly entertainment all weekend long.

Gosnells Railway Markets

Thursday to Sunday, 9am – 8.30pm

Grab a coffee and explore the locally owned and operated stall at the Gosnells Railway Markets. With everything from railway artifacts to home décor and food stalls, this market has everything you could want in a market, all under one historic roof.

Wanneroo Markets

Friday – Monday and Public Holidays, 9am – 5pm

You’ll find just about everything at the Wanneroo Markets, known as one of Western Australia’s biggest markets.  There is a wide selection of stalls on offer, making it the perfect place for the family to visit over the weekend.

Mandjar Markets

October to May, Every Sunday, 9am –4pm

Located on the picturesque foreshore of Mandurah, the Mandjar Markets are abundant with live entertainment, gourmet delights, and children’s activities. From handmade arts and crafts to camel and pony rides, the market offers a packed family day out.

 

Yanchep Monthly Markets

January to November, Last Sunday of each month, 8am – 2pm

If you’re fresh-food obsessed, the Yanchep Monthly Markets is the perfect place to pick out your next meal. Grass-fed lamb, local vegetables and frozen seafood are just a few of the treats on offer.
