Get ready to play this spring at the Ascot Racing Carnival, starting with Crown Perth Opening Day on Saturday October 12. You won’t want to miss the glamorous Opening Day marquee event, The Chute – the best place to kick off the Spring Racing Carnival in style!

Along with live horse racing action, there’s plenty to keep you entertained this Carnival, with lots of epic new attractions, activities and events to explore and try out.

EqWine Bar

Located on the first floor of the Grandstand, the glamourous new EqWine Bar celebrates the romance of the Seppelt Winery and gardens. The perfect spot to indulge in a range of delectable wines while enjoying the exciting race-day atmosphere.

You also have the opportunity to enter the Seppelt South Australian Wine Lovers Tour – an incredible 2-night winery tour for two people, sampling Barossa Valley’s finest wineries, including Saltram, Charles Melton and Wolf Blass.

Oktoberfest

Ascot will host Perth’s largest beer hall on Saturday, 19 October. Dust off your lederhosen and dirndl dresses and enjoy plenty of entertainment, pop-up bars and food trucks serving delicious German food, and even take home a complimentary stein.

Family Days

Enjoy a fun day out with the kids at Ascot Family Days. Starting on Saturday, 12 October and running once a month until May, entry is free for children aged 17 and under. Soak up the Perth sunshine with plenty of free activities to keep the young ones (and young at heart) entertained, including bouncy castle and slides, pony rides, life-sized games, arts & crafts, family sports challenges, prizes, giveaways and much more.

The Ice Creamery

Indulge your sweet tooth at Ascot’s new ‘Ice Creamery’. Choose from an array of flavours and gourmet ice creams, the perfect treat to keep you cool on a sunny day at the races.

The Oxford at Tabtouch Derby Day

Tabtouch Derby Day at Ascot Racecourse returns for another year. Enjoy this thrilling day of racing in style in The Oxford.
